20 Fall Salad Ideas

As a diabetic, salads are a huge staple of my diet. And with some creativity and a little planning, they’re a perfect option for anyone looking for low-carb meal options. Now that the weather is slowly starting to cool down, salads may not be the first food that comes to mind, but that doesn’t have to be the case! Salads can be served cold or warm, and can be hearty too! I’ve been searching for recipes that highlight delicious Fall harvest flavors, like root vegetables, apples, maple, warm spices, and rich, robust dressings . This list includes 20 of the fall salad recipes I’ve found that really caught my eye and had my mouth watering.

Oh wow…YUM! The salad in the apple bowls looks delicious…I am guessing carving apples is *way* behind my cooking skills but it looks like it might be worth a try.
