Easy Pork Egg Rolls
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 can bean sprouts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 18-20 egg roll wrappers
  1. Saute vegetables in oil until tender. Remove from pan and set aside.
  2. Brown pork, breaking meat into small pieces with a wooden spoon or spatula.
  3. While the meat is browning, combine water, soy sauce, cornstarch and seasonings, stirring well to prevent lumps in the cornstarch.
  4. Once the meat is fully cooked, add sauce mixture. Once sauce has begun to thicken, toss cooked vegetables back in and mix until well combined. Cool completely before assembling egg rolls.
  5. Bake egg rolls at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
