The Best Bacon Spinach Artichoke Dip
- 1lb bacon
- 16oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 cup mayo
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 (10oz) box frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained well
- 1 (14oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Cook bacon and drain well.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add mayo, crumbled bacon, Parmesan, spinach, and artichokes and mix until well combined.
- Spoon mixture into a casserole dish, top with mozzarella cheese. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown. Serve immediately.
