Easy Tropical Peach Preserves
Serves: 6 half pint jars
  • 10 blanched, peeled, and chopped peaches (approx 10 cups)
  • 1 medium pineapple, cubed
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 1 large orange, thinly sliced
  • 2.5 cups of sugar
  1. Using an emulsion blender, puree fruits until smooth. Add sugar.
  2. In a non-reactive pot, simmer over a gentle boil until desired consistency is reached (about 30 minutes to an hour).
  3. Process in a hot water canning bath for 10 minutes for half quart jars or freeze.
