Frozen Blueberry Lemonade Margaritas

With the weather warming up and Cinco de Mayo right around the corner, I’ve been in the mood for a really good margarita. While the usual celebrations around here on May 5th are minimal at best, it seems every restaurant and bar on Earth has a sale on margaritas. That in itself is reason enough to celebrate in my book.

These blueberry lemonade margaritas are tangy like a classic margarita with lots of fruity flavor, making it a perfect signature cocktail. Plus, it’s inexpensive ingredients and gorgeous purple color  make it a drink recipe that will really stand out at your next gathering.

And if you’re anything like me, by next gathering, I mean hanging out on the sofa with the entire pitcher for a day of Netflix binging.

The alcohol content in this recipe can be easily modified to fit your tastes, or removed completely for a zingy and refreshing summer treat for kids.

Aside from the lime juice, I totally have all of that in the house right now. Score! These would be awesome for Summer weddings too.
