Zesty Roasted Red Pepper and Kalamata Olive Dip

Oh, the holidays. Time for twinkling lights, presents, family, and food. Lots and lots of food. For me, this time of year is my favorite time to try out new dishes, especially appetizers and dips for parties. And, thanks to Mezzetta for sponsoring today’s post, I’m sharing a new recipe for an awesome party snack: roasted red pepper and kalamata olive dip!

I seriously had no clue there were so many products in the Mezzetta line. You may only know them for their olives, but they’ve seriously got a lot to choose from! For me, the roasted red peppers stuck out the most, so I knew I wanted a dip that focused on their robust, sweet flavors. Adding kalamata olives, cream cheese, sour cream, and herbs made for a zesty, briny flavor that is just addictive. (As in, I should’ve taken photos before I started eating it, because I almost ran out. True story.)

And now, time for the dip! If you try it, I’d love to hear what you think!

This sounds like a delicious dip. I have to look for the Mezzetta line at my supermarket.
